Are you passionate about building strong FMCG brands and creating impactful campaigns that connect with consumers across Thailand

We are looking for a Brand Manager – Powder / OT Demand to drive growth for the Ovaltine Powder portfolio, with a strong focus on Open Trade (OT), especially rural and provincial markets.

In this role, you will lead brand strategy, local activation campaigns, and integrated marketing communications to strengthen brand penetration, consumer engagement, and market share growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop localized marketing approaches, execute high-impact activations, and deliver business results across MT and GT/OT channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing brand plans, IMC campaigns, and OT-focused activation programs
  • Leading roadshows, community engagement, and hyperlocal marketing initiatives
  • Driving consumer connection through local insights, influencers, and grassroots campaigns
  • Managing end-to-end campaign execution with agencies and partners
  • Analyzing market trends, shopper behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management or FMCG Marketing
  • Strong experience in OT/GT activation, local market campaigns, or rural marketing
  • Solid understanding of traditional trade dynamics and rural consumer behavior
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
