Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand storytelling and communication strategies to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, and offline channels.
- Transform consumer insights into compelling brand narratives that drive awareness, consideration, and customer loyalty.
- Lead new product launches, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for skincare and supplement products.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Product Development, Sales, and E-Commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Preferred Background
- Brand Management or Marketing experience within Skincare, Cosmetics, Supplement, Personal Care
- Strong expertise in brand storytelling, campaign development, and consumer insights
- Experience working with influencers, KOLs, content creators, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Passion for beauty, skincare, health, and wellness trends
