As a Brand Manager for our Wine Department, you will be at the forefront of marketing initiatives, spearheading the development and execution of yearly marketing plans, setting and managing A&P budgets, and ensuring the successful implementation of on-trade and off-trade promotions nationwide. Your role will also involve close collaboration with the Marketing Director, organizing events, tastings, and training for our esteemed wine suppliers. Monthly and quarterly reporting, market visits, and the responsibility of coordinating with the sales team to enhance brand presence will be integral to your contribution. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- In charge of marketing for wine suppliers, yearly marketing plan, target, and budget of A&P.
- Implementing marketing activities for suppliers.
- Activating promotions and visibilities in the On-Trade and Off-Trade nationwide.
- Implementing events/tasting and training for wine suppliers.
- Monthly and quarterly reports to suppliers and management: sales depletion, marketing report, and marketing activities.
- Traveling with suppliers and organizing market visits.
- Coordinating with the sales team to upsell their brands.
- Reporting to Marketing Director.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business
