About Firefly Group:

Firefly Group (formerly JYT eCommerce) is a multi-brand food & beverage incubator that builds and scales leading Thai and Southeast Asian F&B concepts such as HAAB (Thai Egg Cake), Layers (Cheesecake), YogurBara (Korean Yogurt), and Haroy (Hat-Yai Fried Chicken). We operate with a data-driven, centralized production model and expand through flagship, pop-up, and franchise formats across Thailand, Malaysia, and beyond.

Position Overview:

Brand Manager (YogurBara Brand) will be a key player in executing brand strategy and ensuring alignment with corporate identity (CI). This role requires hands-on leadership in campaign execution while collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve company goals and maintain business as usual (BAU).

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Pathum Wan, Bangkok

Working Time: Mon-Fri, 10.00-19.00 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Business as Usual (BAU) Maintenance:

  • Focus on maintaining company revenue through consistent brand performance.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure stability and growth.

Campaign Leadership:

  • Lead brand campaigns by actively participating in their development and execution, ensuring that initiatives are not only planned but also implemented effectively.
  • Be willing to get hands-on to address challenges and make campaigns successful, rather than solely assigning tasks.
  • Ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy and corporate identity.

Task Delegation and Team Collaboration:

  • Delegate tasks effectively among team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Consumer Insight Research:

  • Conduct research to identify consumer trends and insights that inform brand strategy.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather real-time insights about consumer behavior and preferences.

Corporate Identity Control:

  • Control and refine the brand strategy to ensure it aligns with the corporate identity.
  • Develop strategic initiatives that enhance brand perception while maintaining consistency with CI guidelines.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the brand's budget, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are executed within financial constraints.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize spending to maximize ROI while ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to ensure financial transparency and alignment with company goals.

Job Qualification:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business or marketing, preferably in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong delegation skills with a proven ability to assign tasks effectively and maximize team productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms, facilitating clear and efficient collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting data, with solid business acumen to guide decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Ability to analyze key metrics and use consumer insights to drive brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate identity.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing and motivating team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ability to work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment with brand goals and overall company objectives.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach to address challenges and ensure campaign success, rather than solely delegating tasks.
  • Passionate about working in a dynamic environment and capable of adapting quickly to meet project needs.
