Position Overview:
Brand Manager (YogurBara Brand) will be a key player in executing brand strategy and ensuring alignment with corporate identity (CI). This role requires hands-on leadership in campaign execution while collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve company goals and maintain business as usual (BAU).

Key Responsibilities:
Business as Usual (BAU) Maintenance:
- Focus on maintaining company revenue through consistent brand performance.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure stability and growth.
Campaign Leadership:
- Lead brand campaigns by actively participating in their development and execution, ensuring that initiatives are not only planned but also implemented effectively.
- Be willing to get hands-on to address challenges and make campaigns successful, rather than solely assigning tasks.
- Ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy and corporate identity.
Task Delegation and Team Collaboration:
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Consumer Insight Research:
- Conduct research to identify consumer trends and insights that inform brand strategy.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather real-time insights about consumer behavior and preferences.
Corporate Identity Control:
- Control and refine the brand strategy to ensure it aligns with the corporate identity.
- Develop strategic initiatives that enhance brand perception while maintaining consistency with CI guidelines.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the brand's budget, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are executed within financial constraints.
- Monitor expenses and optimize spending to maximize ROI while ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to ensure financial transparency and alignment with company goals.
Job Qualification:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business or marketing, preferably in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong delegation skills with a proven ability to assign tasks effectively and maximize team productivity.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms, facilitating clear and efficient collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting data, with solid business acumen to guide decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and use consumer insights to drive brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate identity.
- Demonstrated skill in managing and motivating team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ability to work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment with brand goals and overall company objectives.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach to address challenges and ensure campaign success, rather than solely delegating tasks.
