Position Title: Brand & Product Marketing Intern

Location: Bangkok (Onsite, Internship)

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a motivated Brand & Product Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team within the e-commerce domain. This role presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the intersection of healthcare and e-commerce, focusing on upper-funnel and mid-funnel strategies that bolster both brand awareness and product positioning. As part of our team, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of brand-driven and product-focused campaigns, aiming to elevate the perception and visibility of our healthcare services online. Ideal candidates are those driven by a passion for shaping brand narratives, understanding product value propositions, and leveraging marketing strategies that make a tangible difference in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Awareness - Assist in crafting and refining brand marketing strategies that enhance awareness, shape brand perception, and create a compelling narrative around our healthcare offerings.
  2. Social Media Initiatives - Contribute to social media campaign planning and execution, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging content across channels to drive community growth and customer engagement.
  3. Product Marketing Support - Collaborate with product managers to understand product features, benefits, and differentiators. Help develop go-to-market materials (e.g., product decks, sales enablement tools) that effectively communicate product value to target audiences.
  4. Content Creation & Collaboration - Work alongside design and content teams to produce compelling visuals, copy, and multimedia assets that resonate with audiences at various points in the marketing funnel.
  5. Market Research & Trends - Conduct competitive analyses and stay abreast of industry trends. Gather insights from consumer feedback and market data to inform both brand and product strategies.
  6. Data Monitoring & Analysis - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand sentiment, product engagement, and overall campaign success. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  7. Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with performance marketing, product, and account management teams to align brand and product marketing efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring a cohesive marketing strategy.
  8. Community Management - Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to inquiries and interactions in a timely, authentic manner, while gathering feedback for continuous improvement of both brand and product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with a keen interest in brand and product marketing within the digital space.
  • Healthcare & E-commerce Interest - Motivated to merge a passion for the healthcare industry with both brand-building and product positioning, aiming to grow a fulfilling career at this intersection.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams to drive cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented - Demonstrates creativity in content ideation and meticulousness in campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Eagerness to Learn - Shows initiative, curiosity, and adaptability, with a willingness to explore new tools and platforms to enhance brand and product marketing efforts.
  • Time Management & Organization - Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Foundational Marketing Knowledge - Familiarity with basic marketing principles, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus, with a desire to further develop these skills.
