Brand Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing

Fame Hunger is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency with a network of 20,000+ creators across Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Fitness, Hospitality, Food, and D2C brands. We help brands scale through influencer campaigns, content production, celebrity collaborations, and digital brand-building solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a target-driven Brand Sales Manager to drive brand acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer marketing, media sales, or agency business development with a proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard brands for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders, and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Pitch influencer marketing, content creation, and brand amplification solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
  • Create customized proposals based on client objectives.
  • Maintain CRM records and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with campaign teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Media Sales, or Influencer Marketing Sales.
  • Experience in an influencer marketing, advertising, media, or digital agency is preferred.
  • Proven success in brand onboarding, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Experience working with D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Fitness, Hospitality, or Consumer brands is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

  • Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales and acquisition targets.
  • Strong track record of meeting KPIs and closing partnerships.

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹60,000 per month (based on experience and current CTC)
