Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Brand Technical Specialist for TLS, you will utilize extensive technical knowledge to sell TLS Focus Products to clients and overcome technical barriers to sales opportunities. You will act as a technical expert, designing viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities and providing input to product teams for solutions refinement.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Design Client Solutions: Design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities, providing input to product teams for solutions refinement, and constructing relevant use cases to drive sales.
- Deliver Technical Proof Points: Create and deliver technical proof points through technical accelerators, including demonstrations, Proof of Technology (POTs), Proof of Concept (POCs), Workshops, Solution Design, Configurations, Sizing, Proposals, and MVPs.
- Maintain Platform Knowledge: Maintain strong platform and product knowledge, articulating the value proposition or Return of Investment (ROI), and understanding the competitive landscape.
- Align with GTM Strategies: Align to the TLS Sales GTM strategies, leveraging digital tools and social platforms in your role.
- Develop Customized Solutions: Focus on customized experiential selling, utilizing a show me, don't tell me approach to develop solutions tailored to client needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Technical Sales: Experience working with technical products and solutions, leveraging current product capabilities to design viable client solutions and overcome technical barriers to sales opportunities.
- Hands-on Practitioner Experience: Exposure to hands-on practices with a focus on customized experiential selling, utilizing a show me, don't tell me approach to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
- Product Knowledge: Experience working with strong platform and product knowledge, articulating the value proposition or Return of Investment (ROI), and understanding the competitive landscape.
- Technical Accelerators: Exposure to creating and delivering technical proof points through technical accelerators, including demonstrations, Proof of Technology (POTs), Proof of Concept (POCs), Workshops, Solution Design, Configurations, Sizing, Proposals, and MVPs.
- Digital Tools Familiarity: Experience working with digital tools and social platforms to leverage them in a sales role, aligning to the TLS Sales GTM strategies.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud Platforms: Exposure to Enterprise Networking technologies and platforms, with an understanding of how they can be leveraged to design and deliver client solutions.
- Knowledge of Data Center Technologies: Experience working with server and storage technologies, such as AI, Intel, or Storage, and understanding their potential applications in client solutions.
- Understanding of Industry Trends: Exposure to industry trends and market analysis, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform solution design and sales strategies.
