Brand Trainer| Retail | Inditex Brands | Bangkok, Thailand

Overview of the Role

The Brand/Campus Trainer is responsible for implementing and driving employee development strategies at the store and regional level. This role ensures consistency in training standards across ZARA, supports employee growth, and enhances overall capability through structured learning programs, on boarding, and development initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Implement regional employee development strategies and training plans
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with retail, HR, and cross-functional teams
  • Design, adapt, and deliver training programs (on boarding, development, internal promotions)
  • Coordinate and execute training activities (classroom and on-the-job)
  • Manage training initiatives such as welcome programs, mentor projects, and IDPs
  • Monitor and ensure completion of career development plans and performance evaluations
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning methods
  • Maintain training records, tools, and reporting systems
  • Support and guide store trainers while promoting company values

What Equips You for the Role

  • Prior experience in training, learning & development, or retail training roles
  • Strong understanding of retail operations (Preferably within Fashion Retail Brand )
  • Experience in delivering on-boarding and development programs
  • Exposure to performance management and career development planning
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments
  • Hands-on experience in store environment and team development
