Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager (E-Commerce) to lead brand campaigns, Go-To-Market Strategy, Planning, and Execution, Attention Marketing, drive integrated communications, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution. This role serves as the brand guardian, ensuring all campaigns and assets are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver strong, consistent impact across touch points.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy, Guidelines & Campaign Development
- Lead development of brand strategy and campaign concepts, aligned with business objectives.
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visuals across all platforms and campaigns.
- Act as brand guardian to protect brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Lead development of campaign Key Visuals (KV), OLV and ensure strong, cohesive visual storytelling across all assets.
- Ensure branding consistency across online, offline, social, and event touchpoints.
- Work closely with the creatives to translate strategy into impactful campaign ideas and executions.
2. Integrated Communications & Go-To-Market Execution
- Develop full-funnel communication strategies including OLV, social, performance, and onsite assets.
- Lead go-to-market planning from briefing to launch for Attention Marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with KPIs.
3. Cross-Functional Project Leadership (PIC)
- Act as the primary person-in-charge (PIC) for both internal Lazada Team and External parties for major campaigns and projects.
- Align marketing, commercial, and campaign teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across departments.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth rollout.
4. External Agency & Partner Management
- Lead collaboration with research agencies, creative agencies, event agencies, and trend/data partners.
- Ensure agency outputs meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Evaluate performance and manage budgets effectively.
5. Senior Leadership Engagement
- Prepare and present quarterly updates, campaign reviews, and strategic plans to senior leadership (including CEO).
- Translate marketing performance data into business insights and recommendations.
- Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 58+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital-first environments.
- Strong experience in brand campaigns and integrated marketing communications.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
