Job Description
- Conduct and manage planting of breeding works by follow through steps since planting to post harvesting until keep in cold room.
- Manage in pollinating development crosses. Pollinate should effectively in time schedule, amount, purity and method.
- Observe line performance & make selection for desirable plants and support information for effective selection.
- Manage for leaf sampling and dry process.
- Understand and make data collection correctly for all desirable traits for breeding works.
- Improve subordinate skills and knowledge.
