The BU Asia Finance Reporting Manager is responsible for consolidating, governing, and challenging financial performance across all Asia OpCos, transforming local results into decision-grade insights for BU leadership.
This role ensures that BU financials are accurate, timely, and trusted, while working closely with country teams to build robust performance-tracking and control systems that drive commercial and operational outcomes.
The role also leads the strategic planning cycle and BU-driven finance initiatives, providing a single, coherent financial view of the business as the key interface between OpCo finance, FBPs, and BU leadership.
Job Description:
BU Financial Governance & Reporting
- Manage monthly reporting process including consolidation of results from OPCOs
- Manage Budgeting, Rolling Forecast process and strategic planning process for Asia
- Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Manage and coordinate reporting for procurement, operations, HSE, capex and SC
- Developing culture of accurate and timely reporting amongst OPCOs through trainings, guidance, reviews, feedback
BU FP&A Leadership
- Lead and manage the BU FP&A and FBP teams, setting direction, standards, and expectations for performance management and decision support.
- Drive high-quality forecasting, scenario analysis, and forward-looking insights that influence BU and OpCo leadership decisions.
- Rigorously challenge assumptions in budgets, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning, ensuring plans are grounded in commercial and operational reality.
- Align commercial, supply chain, procurement, and finance KPIs into a single, coherent performance framework, and ensure OpCos speak a common financial language.
Finance Business Partnership
- Partner with commercial, supply chain, procurement, and operations leaders to translate financial insights into actions that drive BU performance and value creation.
- Lead BU-wide finance initiatives, including costing, pricing, margin, and variance management projects, ensuring consistent methodologies and impact across AQ and AN businesses and OpCos.
- Financial analysis and modeling for business development or M&A projects, lead the financial due diligence and valuation for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture
Performance Management Improvement
- Automation of the reports, work with countries to create and promote dash board reports
- Development and standardization KPIs for commercial, SC, procurement functions
- Validation and follow-up of KPI performance results
