Job Purpose:

The performance controlling analyst plays a crucial role in driving the cash up process, making sure S&OP data accuracy and integrity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-market teams and contribute to the company's growth in diverse markets. Responsibilities:

• Cash Up: Conduct cash up of E2E P&L from topline to operation profit, as well as cash forecast.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on market performance metrics, and forecast.
• Collaboration: Work closely with market and BU finance teams to support business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Data Management: Maintain and update market data and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in market analysis or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) are a plus.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with market analysis tools and technology, including Excel and SQL.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex market data and provide actionable insights.
