Responsibilities
- Responsible for annual budget planning and other aspects.
- Responsible for receiving complaints, including controlling and inspecting corporate employees.
- Provide maximum satisfaction to residents without violating rules and regulations.
- Responsible for supervising the laws and regulations of apartment legal persons.
- Ensure that the room complies with the rules and regulations of the apartment legal representative.
- Effectively coordinate with internal, external, and headquarters.
- Responsible for apartment management, such as safety and personnel management.
- Financial procurement: controlling the revenue and expenditure budget of legal entities
- Inspect and maintain the availability of buildings and surrounding areas, including various public assets.
- Adhere to company policies to achieve maximum efficiency and satisfaction.
- Receive complaints from co owners and tenants
- Supervise legal entities, apartments, services, coordination, problem-solving, and control operations to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Able to working 6 Days / Week.
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Experience in Property Management field (minimum 5 years up) or any field related
- Knowledge and experience with Building Control Act / Condominium Act.
- Good communication skills, especially speaking and listening in English. (if any)
- Ability to think on his / her feet and resolve issues well.
- Excellent with interpersonal and intrapersonal communication
- Service mind and fast learner are important factors.
- Intermediate in Computer skills such as Microsoft Office and etc.
