Keeping a tab on the essential details
Achieving a balance between seeing the big picture and attending to details is top of your mind. To deliver high-quality property management services, you'll ensure your team has relevant and up-to-date skills. To keep finances on track, you'll monitor and create budget plans and management reports based on business objectives. Part of your responsibilities is also being our liaison officer who takes charge of our major programs on-site and coordinates with the relevant parties.
Driving excellent daily operations
As the person in charge, you'll manage the site's daily activities and ensure that all essential operational processes are followed. You'll also see to it that both the building's interior and exterior are well-maintained. You'll do this by performing regular site inspections and conducting fire and other evacuations as scheduled in accordance with the health and safety requirements.
Promoting client satisfaction
Are you keen on keeping clients happy In this role, you'll build and maintain positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You'll also handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.
