Position: Building Manager, Bangkok Thailand
At Ascott, we believe in empowering our people to be themselves and to grow with us. We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee operations and ensure excellence across our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Property Manager and act in line with objectives approved by the General Meeting of Co-Owners or Executive Committee.
- Manage and maintain common property, including procurement of assets and provision of service facilities.
- Oversee daily operations of the Juristic Office, ensuring smooth coordination with co-owners and external stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce rules and regulations related to unit usage, communal living, and fee collection.
- Lead and supervise Building Management employees and Juristic Office staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and condominium regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Building Manager or in a supervisory role within hospitality or property management.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, hospitality, or property management practices.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong communication and leadership skills.
