Building Service Engineer
Main responsibility :
- To monitor the delivery of all services to ensure they meet the
agreed delivery levels for the client.
- Check and monitor routine operation work of all Mechanical &
Electrical systems.
- Check and follow-up service and repair work from any
contractors.
- Follow-up the preventive maintenance program signed to any
contractor.
- Conclude monthly system defect and repair work report .
- Generate a standard and all mechanical & electrical
equipment's method to record and system defects.
- Generate energy saving plan with Head Office.
- Generate a standard procedure to measure and record energy
consumption.
- Conclude and analyze all energy consumption data for future
planning.
- Inspect condition of building structure.
- Do some administrative job, such as translating documents
Employee qualification :
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 year experience in engineering field
- Good command of English
- Patient and service-minded
- Male
