Building Superintendent

What this job involves:

Building harmonious relationships. In this job, you will need to interact with various individuals from different departments to liaise with company contractors, maintain security, control building safety, and inspect the work of contracted personnel involved in space decoration. Additionally, you will participate in meetings with contractors to discuss workplace safety regulations, engage with clients to ensure the success of projects and activities, and handle other tasks assigned by the building manager.

The safety of tenants is of paramount importance in your daily work. You will need to create plans and strategies to ensure thorough building inspections. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing activities with tenants, conducting annual fire evacuation drills, overseeing safety-related tasks, coordinating with various contractual partners, and managing building decoration work. This includes supervising contractors, inspecting construction drawings, and ensuring smooth execution of Fitout tasks.

Well-versed in the field

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and or advanced degrees in the engineering or education field.

Bachelor's Degree in any field or completion in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

  • 5-10 years of experience working for Property management or project management.
  • Working knowledge of decoration, Fitout , and use AutoCAD software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good command in English
