Business Analysis and Project Coordination Manager - SEA (base Bangkok, TH)

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Data Analysis & Optimization

(1) Track and analyze revenue data across offline stores, roboshops, and online channels to identify growth opportunities and provide optimization solutions.

(2) Monitor key metrics such as sales volume/revenue and average order value to drive resolution of business challenges. Analyze regional revenue data and support selecting store locations to improve regional profitability.

2. KPI Monitor & Report

Track core indicators including sales volume/revenue, average order value, conversion rate, and profit margin. Analyze and report corresponding data to screen business issues and support optimization regularly.

3. Data Infrastructure Construction

Plan and promote the construction of data infrastructure, and optimize and standardize the entire process of data collection, cleaning, analysis and visualization.

4. Visualization Report Output

Lead the design and optimization of data visualization platforms such as Power BI/Tableau, and regularly generate dynamic reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

5. Expense & Cost Management

(1) Regularly review store opening expenses such as marketing, leasing, and operations to ensure optimal resource allocation.

(2) Analyze the corresponding data to propose plans to reduce cost and improve efficiency. Conduct budget analysis, and support decision-making.

Job Qualifications

1. Education Background

Bachelor degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in statistics, data science, business analytics, economics, or related fields; a master's degree is a plus.

2. Work Experience

3-5 years of experience in data analysis and project management, with priority given to candidates with international work experience.

3. Tools & Skills

(1) Excellent skills of PowerPoint slides making, able to clearly present data insights and business recommendations. Proficient in English for document writing, daily communication, and business reporting, and able to collaborate effectively with international teams.

(2) Proficient in advanced Excel functions, SQL, Python/R, and other data analysis tools. Skilled in at least one data visualization tool such as Power BI/Tableau. Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling methods such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and cluster analysis. Able to independently complete complex analysis projects.
