About the role:
Quantium Technology is looking for aBusiness Analyst with strong accounting and finance domain knowledgeto support the design and delivery of enterprise SaaS products for private markets.
This is aclient-facing roleworking closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams, as well as international clients and stakeholders. You will translate complex accounting requirements into clear system behavior, user stories, and intuitive product experiences.
StrongEnglish communicationand the ability to explain accounting logic clearly are essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze accounting, finance, and reporting requirements from internal teams and international clients
- Translate requirements intouser stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Validate accounting logic, calculations, and workflows to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Design and reviewuser flows and UI conceptsusing Figma or similar tools to support product discussions
- Work closely with Engineering to clarify scope, edge cases, and expected system behavior
- Support QA and UAT by validating business logic, expected outputs, and client scenarios
- Maintain clear and structured functional and product documentation
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst / Product Analystin SaaS or FinTech
- Background inAccounting or Financewith solid understanding of financial workflows and reporting
- Strong analytical and requirement-structuring skills
- Experience working inAgile / Scrum environments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level Englishfor meetings and discussions with international clients
