Business Analyst, AI & Intelligent Automation, Specialist

Job Purpose:

Business Analyst, Intelligent Document & AI Solution, Specialist drives the design and implementation of document intelligence, AI-powered workflows, and automation solutions across Claims and Underwriting. Partnering with business and technology teams, the role delivers AI-enabled capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, decision quality, and user experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) & Medical Document Solutions

• Act as business lead for document intelligence initiatives supporting Claims and Underwriting operations.
• Identify document extraction opportunities across insurance processes.
• Define extraction requirements for structured and unstructured healthcare documents.
• Work with business users to determine required fields, outputs, classifications, and extraction rules.
• Validate extraction quality and business usability of extracted information.
• Support implementation and optimization of OCR and Intelligent Document Processing solutions.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Gather and document business requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with Claims, Underwriting, Medical, and Operational stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact assessments and business process analysis.
• Support prioritization of AI and automation initiatives.

Agentic AI Infrastructure Requirements

• Define business requirements supporting development of enterprise AI capabilities.
• Work with AI Engineering and Technology teams to design reusable AI services and integration frameworks.
• Identify business capabilities required to support AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and decision-support applications.

AI Solution Enablement

• Support business requirements and implementation for: Chatbot/ QA Bot/ AI Adjudication Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information System, BA, Insurance, Health Informatics
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Claims Operations, Underwriting Operations, Healthcare Operations, Product Management, or related functions
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or health-tech environments
• Experience leading business requirements for digital, automation, AI, or workflow transformation initiatives
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and technology teams
• OCR / Intelligent Document Processing projects, MCP and API-based integrations
• Medical document digitization initiatives
• Generative AI projects or Copilot or chatbot implementations
• Good command in English
