About the Role
We areseekinga proactive and business-mindedBusiness Analyst (AI Translator)who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and AI/technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands business challenges, is curious about AI technologies, and can translate between technical possibilities and practical business needs.
You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and technical experts to ensure AI solutions deliverrealoperational and strategic value.
Only Thai citizens will be considered for this role.
We cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time, so only Thai citizens or permanent residents with valid work eligibility in Thailand will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales activities in line with the company's overallsales strategy and business vision
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities where AI solutions can create measurable value
- Translate business challenges and operational needs into clear requirements for AI and technical teams
- Communicate AI capabilities, outputs, and limitations in clear, practical business terms
- Align AI initiatives with business strategy and operational workflows
- Support scoping, prioritization, and evaluation of AI projects and initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration between management, domain experts, and technical teams
- Define success metrics andmonitorbusiness impact of AI solutions
- Support adoption and change management related to AI-driven tools and processes
- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI solutions within the organization
- Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve business processes through AI adoption
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, product roles, operations, or technology-related roles
- Basic understanding or strong interest in AI and data-driven solutions
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
- Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working between business and technical teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
