KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit requirements.
· Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or modification.
· Work closely with development teams to address and fix code issues.
· Define requirements for enhancements and new features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Collaborate with developers and architects to define specifications for the development of new features.
· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
· Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT sessions, and requirement clarifications.
· Ensure that new features align with business requirements and contribute to the overall improvement of the application.
· Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or identified through monitoring.
· Collaborate with technical teams to implement corrective measures and ensure system stability.
· Utilize data and analytics to identify potential issues before they impact the system.
· Work on strategies to proactively address and prevent future maintenance challenges.
· Propose and implement changes to the system to keep it aligned with evolving business needs.
· Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the application's functionality and performance.
EXPERIENCE and LOCATION/REGION
· 5+ years of experience in IT Industry relevant field and knowledge of Airline/Cargo systems (Experience with CHAMP Cargosystems is an added advantage).
· Bangkok, Thailand (Preferably Thai-speaking local candidates).
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
· Strong in travel domain experience – Airline/Cargo Systems)
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
· Experience in working with code fixes, enhancements, and new feature development.
· Familiarity with corrective, predictive, and evolutionary maintenance practices.
· Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
· Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Create/Manage Backlog
· Specifies Functional requirements, Non‐Functional Requirements and Acceptance Criteria.
EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
