Responsibilities: Responsibilities Gathering requirements from users. Develop business requirement specification, functional specification, and user story to analyze and design Use case. Perform Test case / Test scenario / Test UAT with IT vendors and users. Analyzing and understanding the current state processes. Designing a solution that will meet business needs. Identifying the sources of requirements. Coordinating with vendors to develop systems that meet end-user requirements. Communicate with technical team leads, and developers and users to assure an extensive understanding of system requirement, project status, and implementation. Monitoring all staff concerning the project to ensure its timeliness. Assist Finance Manager in preparing information and materials to update status to the Project Steering & Management committee on regular basis.
Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Master's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology will be preferable Minimum 7 years of experience as Business Analyst Minimum 3 years of leadership experience Willing to take Project Manager role Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines. Thai speaker with Good to Fluent command of English Good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Needed Competencies Requirement gathering/ Requirement analysis Functional Design Business Process Design Solution architecture Software fundamentals Database management Experience in projects on BPM, Robotics, workflow-based digitization projects. Experienced in Insurance, Banking or Financial Service Industry (for Experienced Level)
