Job Purpose
Responsible for analyzing and improving the organization's business processes to achieve defined business objectives. This includes identifying stakeholder requirements, addressing business challenges, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from various internal and external sources, including sales data, customer information, marketing metrics, and operational data.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Analyze data to identify issues, gaps, and opportunities for process or performance enhancement.
- Evaluate the potential impact of proposed solutions on overall business performance.
- Project Management
- Market and Business Analysis
- Analyze industry trends, market size, competitors, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Conduct Business Medium Term Plan and Action Plan, and coordinate with all stakeholders to drive business strategy.
- Support Strategic Projects
- Assist in the evaluation of new strategic projects, new business models and product strategy.
- Provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives such as market entry, pricing strategy, or channel expansion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and align on strategic direction.
- Participate in meetings and workshops related to business transformation or growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Open to all genders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
- Experience in business planning, marketing, engineering, or data/business analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective prioritization skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Proficient in MS, Excel Office.
Benefits
- Base salary (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Cash Supplement: Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) = 1,200 Baht/month
- 5 working days per week from Monday to Friday (8.00-17.00)
- Diligent Allowance: pay annually depending on your attendance record: 4,600-9,000 Baht/year
- Bonus: Based on annual and company performance (last 5 years: 2020 = 4.0, 2021 = 3.5, 2022 = 2.5, 2023 = 4.0, 2024 = 4.5 months)
- Annual Leave: 6 days (JanuaryDecember 2025)
- Provident Fund: Employer contribution = 5%
- Medical Allowance: 6,000 Baht/year (OPD and Dental), accumulable up to 25,000 Baht
