Requirements
- Analyze and improve existing KYC operational processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flows, business requirements, SOPs and other process documentation.
- Partner with business, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and drive process transformation initiatives.
- Support AI, automation and digital transformation projects, including reviewing process and control requirements to ensure alignment with operational and risk standards.
- Lead and support UAT activities, including test planning, test case preparation, execution, issue tracking and resolution, through to implementation.
- Develop training materials, conduct end-user training, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager, or Business Transformation Consultant.
- Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Strong process mapping, business analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross-functional discussions.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and issue management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders.
