About this Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This is a unique opportunity for early-career professionals who want to grow at the intersection of business, technology, and telecommunications consulting.

In this role, you'll contribute across internal initiatives and external client engagements supporting decision-making, conducting market and business analyses, and driving operational excellence. You'll work side-by-side with experienced consultants and executives on high-impact projects in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct structured research and analysis of industries, markets, competitors, and technology trends to generate strategic insights for client engagements and internal initiatives.

• Apply consulting frameworks to assess market attractiveness, industry dynamics, and ecosystem shifts
• Translate research into actionable recommendations supporting client decision-making

Project Delivery Support & PMO Coordination

Actively contribute to consulting project delivery through project coordination, timeline tracking, and development of client deliverables.

• Support project managers in maintaining timelines, deliverables, and internal alignment
• Ensure clarity and consistency across working documents and stakeholder communications

Executive-Ready Reporting & Presentation Development

Produce high-impact reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to client and leadership audiences.

• Transform complex data and ideas into clear, concise, and visual outputs
• Align content with messaging objectives and client expectations

Business Requirements & Process Analysis

Support the definition, documentation, and analysis of business and technical requirements across client and internal projects.

• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements and assess current-state processes
• Contribute to gap analyses, solution design, and feasibility assessments

Strategic Structuring & Problem Solving

Assist in the formulation of business models, strategic options, and operating models using structured consulting methodologies.

• Use tools such as issue trees, hypotheses-driven problem-solving, and value driver analysis
• Contribute to client workshops and strategic planning sessions with analysis and insights

Workshop & Stakeholder Engagement Support

Support the preparation and facilitation of client meetings and workshops, ensuring structured engagement and insightful outcomes.

• Develop meeting materials and support facilitation
• Document key insights, decisions, and action items for follow-up

Requirements

• Language: Business fluency in English ((TOEIC 800+, IELTS 7+, etc.); proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
• Educational Background: MBA preferred or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, ICT, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience (Entry-level roles in consulting, business analysis, or telecommunications are a plus).

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
