Job Summary
The Business Analyst will play a key role in defining and managing requirements for digital platforms, including Mobile Applications, Websites, and Tablet solutions, which serve external banking customers. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into user stories, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. The Business Analyst will facilitate communication between business and IT teams, analyze impacts, identify gaps, and support testing and training to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Job description
- Define end-to-end requirements flow for digital products and features.
- Manage requirement strategy and maintain focus at the user story level.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owner to ensure feature completion.
- Analyze technical and business impacts and identify gaps between customer needs and development.
- Review test coverage with QA and support test execution when needed.
- Support training and onboarding for new digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or IT solution design.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, digital platforms, and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of IT architecture, application design, and testing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
