Business Analyst - F&B Digital Solutions (1-year contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of F&B digital solutions within a leading hospitality environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications and process flows.
- Work closely with Project Managers, developers and vendors.
- Support UAT planning, execution and defect management.
- Review enhancement requests and assess business impact.
- Maintain project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B or retail environments is highly preferred.
- Strong documentation and business process mapping skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
- Familiarity with POS, kiosk, QR ordering or customer-facing digital platforms is advantageous.
