Business Analyst - Insurance Products (1 year contract)

My client is looking for a Business Analyst who will be able to bridgegaps between users, vendors and internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

. Under minimal direction, formulate and define system scope andobjectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of industryrequirements

. Document requirements and translate into proper system requirementsspecifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.

. Develop visualization, user experience and configuration elements ofsolution design.

. Execute and coordinate requirements management and change managementprocesses.

. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to supportmanagement of scope and expectations.

. Participate in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, andnew business development.

. Operates as a team member and as a team leader. Advise on methods toimprove business processes.

. May lead the training of clients and peers.

Knowledge and Skills:

. Good verbal and written communication skill and is comfortablefronting client

. Ability to work effectively in a team

. Essential: requirements elicitation via interviewing requirementsdetermination using structured techniques for documentation and analysis

. Able to juggle multiple action points and delivering into each of themeffectively
