Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Manufacturing industry to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and reporting capabilities.
The Data & Analytics Team supports business decision-making by delivering insights, reports, and self-service datasets across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
- Analyse business processes and define KPIs and reporting requirements to support operational decision-making.
1. Business Requirements Gathering
- Work closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand business processes, reporting needs, and operational challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
2. Business Process Analysis
- Analyze current manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support stakeholders in defining KPIs and metrics to track business performance.
3. Requirements Prioritization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value and organizational objectives.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and analytics or reporting initiatives.
4. Data Analysis & Validation
- Work with data and technical teams to identify relevant data sources required for reporting and analytics.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure availability of required data for dashboards and reports.
- Support data analysis activities using SQL or other analytical tools where required.
5. Reporting & Dashboard Design
- Collaborate with technical teams to design intuitive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate business insights.
- Prepare dashboard mock-ups or wireframes to ensure alignment with business expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational data.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or SQL is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Thai and English language proficiency.
