Analyzes manufacturing business processes and system requirements in collaboration with business process owners and translates these into software requirements, either to be developed or modeled into the MES.
Responsibility:
- Collect, understand, and analyze business processes, data interfaces process flows and business rules and translate into software functional specifications.
- Engage clients, understand business requirements, and transform into software requirements.
- Model business processes and flows and configures into the MES and validates configured data with end users.
- Involvement in software development (design, coding, and testing) when needed.
- Processing of engineering change notices.
- When needed, manage a mid-sized project (1 to 3 months) or a subtask of a major project (> 3 months) in terms of tasks, resources, schedule, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure that the company's commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
- Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.
Required Skill:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least 2 years work experience in a semiconductor manufacturing company as manufacturing systems developer or support.
- Has some knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing processes preferably in the areas of production control, manufacturing execution systems (MES) and MES process flow building.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to create SQL queries.
- Software development experience is an advantage.
