Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business team, customer services, product owner) to gather and define the business requirements for mobile applications
- Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications including API for mobile app development
- Work closely with UX/UI team to design and improve user journey
- Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to provide clear guidance to developers
- Collaborate closely with scrum teams to ensure scrum velocity is maintained and blockers removed
- Collaborate with QA teams and participate in UAT to ensure that all the business requirements have been satisfied
- Obtain sign-off from business departments and relevant committee
Skills & Experience
- +5 years experience in Business analyst, System Analyst or Developer
- Strong knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle
- Proficiency in creating user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in using Postman is a plus
- Ability to capture business requirements and present them effectively
