Business Analyst

Position Overview:

The Business Analyst position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, within the Business Operations department. This position is designed to drive strategic initiatives, optimize organizational processes, and facilitate data-driven decision-making across multiple departments, including Sales, Human Resources, Procurement, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of manpower planning, including developing budgets and tracking recruitment activities to ensure organizational staffing needs are met efficiently.
• Analyze the performance of retailers and channels by preparing and sharing detailed reports, such as DRCP and Retail Audit, to provide actionable insights and support sales objectives.
• Support the company's digitization and automation efforts by leveraging tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to enhance operational efficiency and data accessibility.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders involved.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective evaluation of business processes and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and Power Apps, allowing for effective data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to manage relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in business analysis or strategic planning roles.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors is preferred.
