Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Airline or Air Cargo domain experience to support business transformation and system enhancement initiatives for our client in Bangkok, Thailand.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, business process analysis, system enhancement support, and working closely with business and technical teams within Airline/Air Cargo environments.

Experience with Airline operational systems, Cargo systems, or CHAMP Cargosystems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.

• Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with development and technical teams to support requirement clarification and solution design.

• Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, SIT/UAT activities, and business discussions.

• Support system enhancements, issue analysis, and operational improvements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.

• Ensure solutions align with business needs and operational workflows.

• Monitor and support issue resolution activities during project and post-production phases.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience

• Mandatory experience in Airline or Air Cargo domain

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

• Experience in system enhancement and operational support projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools preferred

• Experience with CHAMP Cargosystems is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Airline operational systems knowledge

• Cargo handling/workflow understanding

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional and offshore teams

• Experience supporting SIT/UAT activities

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
