A hybrid role supporting business analysis and project governance for SAP initiatives, working with business users and SAP teams to ensure accurate requirements, strong solution design, effective UAT, and smooth delivery from planning to golive.
Business Analysis :
- Gather and document business requirements related to SAP modules
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP consultants or developers.
- Document ASIS / TOBE business processes aligned with SAP best practices.
- Support Fit/Gap analysis and ensure gaps are clearly documented with business justification.
- Coordinate with SAP functional teams to validate feasibility and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare and review configuration documents, data mapping, interfaces, and workflow requirements.
- Lead UAT: prepare test scripts, coordinate execution, track defects, and ensure closure.
- Support data migration activities: mapping, validation, reconciliation.
- Assist business during cutover, golive, and hypercare.
Project Management Office:
- Maintain the integrated project plan across SAP functional tracks.
- Manage the RAID log for SAP-specific risks, issues, dependencies, and cutover items.
- Drive weekly project cadence: status meetings, minutes (MOM), action tracking.
- Monitor progress of configuration, development, testing, data migration, and training.
- Ensure adherence to ERP/SAP methodology (ASAP, Activate, or internal lifecycle).
- Manage change control: impact analysis, approvals, and update to project baseline.
- Track resource utilization across SAP functional and technical teams.
- Prepare dashboard reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners (SAP consultants, implementation partners).
- Support audit, compliance, and documentation readiness for ERP programs.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in BA or PMO roles, preferably in ERP/SAP programs.
- Knowledge of SAP modules (at least high-level endtoend process understanding).
- Experience with ERP project phases: Blueprint/FitGap, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and GoLive.
- Strong documentation skills: BRD, FSD, process flows, RAID logs, and project reports.
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio/Lucidchart.
- Nice to have: SAP Activate knowledge and Agile experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
