Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Study the project scope and conditions as per the contract.

2. Develop a plan for gathering and analyzing customer requirements as assigned.

3. Collect, analyze, and research customer requirements, business processes, and policies that may be related to or integrated with information technology.

4. Conduct data collection through meetings, present findings, and document meeting minutes.

5. Analyze various impacts, including business impacts, customer experience, and system feature impacts, as well as gaps compared to the current system (if applicable). Prepare a System Requirement Specification (SRS) report.

6. Participate in or support the system development team in analyzing and designing system architecture.

7. Present or support the presentation of analysis results, designs, and system solutions.

8. Prepare or assist in the creation of Test Scenarios/Test Cases for system testing.

9. Prepare or support training sessions and act as a trainer for system users.

10. Report project status, progress, and issues to supervisors and project managers, along with work performance updates to direct supervisors.

11. Gather and document useful knowledge and experiences for inclusion in the organization's Knowledge Base.

12. Improve proficiency in development tools, equipment, or software related to system development.

13. Coordinate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of contractual objectives.

14. Comply with legal, policy, and regulatory requirements related to work, including ISO9001 standards.

15. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role, with a minimum of 2 completed new projects (not including in-house projects, maintenance projects (MA), or system modifications for packaged solutions).

2. Experience in successfully implementing and deploying at least 3 systems in a Production environment.

3. Proficiency in using Azure, Figma, or other tools for Wireframe and Prototype design.

4. Strong communication, summarization, presentation, and documentation skills relevant to Business Analysis.
