Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the SVP of Operations with a focus on business analysis and data analysis as the primary responsibility. The role also includes project management, especially in construction or related initiatives, and requires a background in executive or personal assistant support with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Analysis

  • Assist the SVP with sales quota monitoring, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and budgeting.
  • Prepare dashboards, summaries, and performance insights for leadership.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze business situations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop financial and data models to evaluate project financial impact.

Project Management

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects assigned by the SVP.
  • Manage cross-national projects, especially related to land development and automation initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Track and monitor project progress, follow up with teams, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide regular status reports and proactively highlight issues or risks.
  • Support resource planning and prioritize projects to optimize efficiency.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Support

  • Liaise with enterprise clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Represent the SVP in selected meetings as required.
  • Support business operations, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 68 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management.
  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools; strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets, and presentation design.
  • Experience in construction is a strong plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
