Business Analyst RPA

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using UiPath
• Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process documentation and workflows
• Evaluate and refine automation business cases to maximize ROI and efficiency
• Build and manage automation pipelines aligned with automation-first strategy
• Work with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and RPA Developers for solution design and implementation
• Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment automation support
• Facilitate workshops and daily stand-up meetings for project coordination
• Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) for automation projects
• Act as communication bridge between business teams and technical teams
• Identify reusable automation components and improve process frameworks
• Prepare success stories, case studies, and documentation for stakeholders
