About the Role:
We are looking for Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud who will be primarily involved in planning and executing multiple aspects of setting up and executing campaigns in SFMC for the respective client's loyalty and CRM initiatives. The candidate must have expertise in Salesforce Marketing and Data cloud and understand the basics of marketing automation especially in loyalty and CRM space for B2C industry in planning, activating and monitoring campaigns at large scale.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the execution of the annual CRM & Loyalty calendar using SFMC, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.
- Build the customer communication plan using journey builder and ensure the business KPIs are taken in to account while planning and executing the campaign journey.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives both using Email Studio and AMPScript for emails
- Partner with the CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics.
- Understand and leverage system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.
- Understand Data and Insights and manage data extensions (utilization of segments from SFDC to SFMC)
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launch
- Conduct data analysis, trending and reporting as per the requirements
Qualifications
- Engineering graduates only with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in SFMC managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brands
- Understanding of data tools and languages like Tableau, SQL, Python etc.
- Prior experience in handling CRM campaign activities for Beauty, Apparel, Fashion and similar lifestyle brands preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.
- Already experienced in handling multiple campaign and data tools and keen to learn new tools quickly if required
- Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
