Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear documentation for technical teams.
Partner with Sales and Tech Sales teams during the pitching and proposal stage to define scope, solution approaches, and project estimates.
Identify business pain points and propose suitable software or digital solutions.
Prepare business flow diagrams, user journeys, or initial wireframes to support design and development.
Create and maintain key documents such as BRD, User Story, Functional Specification, and Requirement Documents.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Sales, PM, Developers, Designers) to ensure alignment and understanding.
Support the project team during UAT and delivery to ensure final output meets the agreed business objectives.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or computer science with a strong understanding of business models and processes.
At least 4-5 year of experience in translating business models into presentations using tools such as the business model canvas, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use cases, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic business concepts and operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating ER diagrams and understanding site structure (preferred but not required).
Demonstrate a strong willingness to adapt to evolving business environments and technologies.
Analytical and Problem-Solving, apply skills in analyzing business needs and creating effective solutions.
