Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for streamlining supply chain operations and improving overall business processes.
User Journey Design: Create and enhance user journeys within the system to boost efficiency and simplify workflows.
Data Analysis: Integrate, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to extract actionable insights that lead to process improvements.
System Expertise: Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for the Supply Chain Forecast and Replenishment System.
System Optimization & Integration: Partner with IT and business teams to propose system enhancements and ensure seamless integration of various systems within the supply chain.
Knowledge Management: Stay updated on emerging modules and technologies, recommending solutions that fit current business needs.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions, devise knowledge-sharing strategies, and offer ongoing support to team members on best practices and system functionalities.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or process improvement.
Strong analytical capabilities, with solid knowledge of business processes and technical systems.
Proven problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
Experience in system integration or software implementation, preferably in retail or supply chain.
Familiarity with database management, ERP systems, supply chain systems, and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across various departments and with external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics tools.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies for system integration and supply chain management.
Experience with Supply Chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Relex, Blue Yonder, Symphony).
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and industry best practices.
Proficiency in mathematics or statistics.
Strong command of English.
Programming skills (SQL, Python) are a plus.
Knowledge in AI & Machine Learning is an advantage.
