What You'll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Lead requirement workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Create BRDs, Functional Specifications (FSD), user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Analyze business processes and uncover improvement opportunities
- Perform gap and impact analysis for system enhancements and changes
- Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track requirements and ensure alignment across the development lifecycle
- Assist in issue analysis and recommend practical solutions
- Maintain project documentation and business process records
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Insurance, or a related field
- 2–6 years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Skilled at creating BRD, FSD, Use Cases, Process Flows, and User Stories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Background in Insurance, InsurTech, Financial Services, or Digital Transformation (an advantage!)
- Good command of English and Thai
