Business Analyst (Thai Speaking)

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale ERP transformation programme within a retail environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background working across retail operations and will play a key role in supporting the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems across the business.

This position will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across technology and business functions to gather requirements, analyse processes, support system integration activities, and help drive successful project delivery.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have proven experience working as a Business Analyst within retail organisations, alongside prior exposure to ERP implementation or transformation programmes such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Strong experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, UAT support, and change management is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience working within fast-paced delivery environments and be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical teams.

A key requirement for this role is fluency in both Thai and English, as the successful candidate will be working closely with teams and stakeholders based in Thailand. Candidates must therefore be willing and able to travel regularly to Thailand as part of the programme delivery. Experience working across international or multi-region projects would be highly advantageous.
