Job Description

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking / Financial Services.
  • Strong domain expertise in Trade, Payments, Commercial Banking, or Investment Banking.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and transaction lifecycles.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
  • Excellent experience in preparing BRD, FRS, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Strong experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
  • Experience working with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, architects, and QA teams.
  • Strong experience in SIT / UAT and defect management.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
