Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in understanding and analyzing business needs to drive effective solutions and process improvements. This position collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and project objectives. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Business Analyst translates business challenges into actionable insights and system requirements. The role also facilitates clear communication across departments and supports all initiatives related to the Trax process.
Key Activities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document clear and comprehensive business requirements
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
- Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents, use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories for projects
- Requirement Validation: Work with stakeholders to ensure that requirements accurately reflect business needs and priorities
- Change Management: Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes and guide stakeholders through change management processes
- Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with end-users to define UAT criteria and scenarios and validate that developed solutions meet requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role.
- Strong English Communication
