TK & Partners is a private venture capital firm founded by a former McKinsey Senior Advisor. We invest in early-stage US healthtech startups and help founders expand into Thailand and Southeast Asia through hands-on support across evaluation, strategy, and scaling.
The Role
As an Analyst / Venture Builder at TK & Partners, you will gain end-to-end exposure to venture investing and startup building. You will work closely with startup founders and CEOs, supporting them across feasibility study, strategy buildup, all the way to execution, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, thinks structurally, and acts like an owner.
Key Responsibilities
You will work as a business advisor and driver alongside portfolio startups to:
- Define startup aspiration, strategic direction, and business plans (incl. milestones and KPIs)
- Conduct financial analysis, market/competitive research, and performance tracking to inform decisions
- Translate strategy into prioritized initiatives and drive execution with founders and leadership teams
- Own program governance: workplan, timelines, owners, risks/issues, and cross-functional coordination
- Support go-to-market, growth strategy, and operating model/scale-up initiatives (people, process, metrics)
- Work closely with TK & Partners investment team and its poweratioall arm on portfolio support and value creation initiatives across companies
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in both English and Thai (verbal and written)
- Strong logical, structured, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong financial analysis skills and quantitative, data-driven thinking
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work closely with founders and internal teams
