PURPOSE
Drive monthly active user, transaction and revenue from True - Telco services, with marketing,
campaign, communication and business development
Drive user acquisition, retention, reactivation and revenue growth from True
You will be working closely with True team to drive growth
.
RESPONSIBILITY
Develop a deep understanding of the business of True - Telco Services x Ascend Money partnership
and translate them to marketing and business opportunities to achieve the business growth
Identify opportunities with data and financial analytics for campaigns and go to market
implementation
Conduct research where required to gain understanding of customers needs as well as
understanding on market landscape and competition in Telco Business
Analyse data, monitor performance and tuning campaign performance by working with the
analytics and related team to find customer insights and provide relevant product offering and
promotion with data-driven decision making.
Identify gaps and improvement areas on our product offering, customer journey and work closely
with our product and technology team (both in house and outsource) to continuously improve
customer experience.
Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing activities and campaign to drive growth both True
and True Money team
Manage user funnel - acquisition, engagement and retention
Proactively lead coordination with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure campaigns
are executed properly and promptly
Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency
targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives.
Work with the strategy, finance or related team to measure key performance and marketing spend
is used efficiency
Perform all other duties assigned by line manager and management
SKILL
Hands-on mentality with get-it-done attitude
Collaborative, with strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical, logical thinking, creative thinking and knowledge in business acumen
High ownership and able to drive initiatives with limited supervision
REQUIREMENT
At least 5-years experiences in business development, marketing or relevant role
Proven track record for success campaign implementation
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic understanding of product management and development process
Experience and passion for financial technology
The role will require competent level of data analytics to drive insights and be able to present the
data to senior management
Understanding and experience in payment business is a plus
Understanding and experience in Telco business is a big plus
Understanding of SQL database is a big plus
