Business and Research Operations in Bangkok

About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to join our team in Bangkok as a Business and ResearchOperations. This role will play a vital part in supporting market research projects, managing day-to-day business operations, and driving new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in engaging with partners and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Market Research Support

• Assist in planning and executing local market research projects
• Conduct desk research, interviews, and surveys to gather relevant market data
• Compile and analyze findings to support business insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with external stakeholders or agencies involved in research activities

Business Operations

• Liaise with local agents, suppliers, and service providers to support operational needs
• Assist with basic administrative functions such as payroll coordination, invoicing, and documentation
• Support compliance processes and ensure smooth day-to-day business setup and maintenance
• Provide ad-hoc support to the headquarters team as and when needed

New Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Identify and approach potential clients or partners in Bangkok
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the local market
• Attend and represent the company at local events and networking forums to build visibility and contacts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization
• Minimum of 3 - 5 yearsexperience in market research, operations, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a global team
• Current permanent residency in Bangkok is preferred due to stakeholders’ management
