Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management: Develop, manage, and optimize the suite of business applications used across the organization.
  • Maximize the use of standard IT and global platforms for quotations, orders, quality, and services, including EDI, OCR, e-Shop, ERP, CRM, and communication tools (e.g., chat, call center systems).
  • Conduct testing in e-commerce environments to ensure systems meet both internal and external business standards and requirements.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Extract and analyze data to support business performance reviews and decision-making.
  • Learn and analyze internal and external customer needs to contribute to the development and improvement of business systems.
  • Support customers by conducting workshops and training on electronic solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and maintain accurate Customer Master Data across all platforms.
  • Create and maintain reports that support business growth and performance tracking.
  • Drive the deployment of new applications across teams.
  • Design and document processes, ways of working, and best practices for internal users.
  • Conduct training sessions on internal systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Business Operations, preferably in a customer-facing role within a sales unit.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, products, system platforms, and processes.
  • Familiarity with EDI, OCR, e-Shop, ERP, CRM, Power BI, and communication tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
  • Excellent service mindset and ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Skilled in business process understanding, data accuracy, and IT tools.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Capable of managing tasks in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
