Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Thai-citizenship Business Consulting Associate based in Bangkok, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves collaborating with clients to analyze business challenges, develop tailored strategies, and implement solutions to achieve significant impact. Key tasks include conducting in-depth research, performing financial and operational analysis, preparing client presentations, and contributing to business transformation initiatives. The associate will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive innovation and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and derive actionable insights
• Knowledge in Consulting, specifically Management Consulting, and a proven track record of delivering results
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
• Knowledge of Finance, Marketing and HR concepts for analyzing and advising on business strategies and decisions
• Problem-solving capabilities, a growth-oriented mindset, and creativity in approaching challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages seen as an asset
